I’ve always experienced friendly, welcoming customer service at simply pure…. With that being said, my last time in, I had placed my order online the night before & when I picked up the price jumped from the time I placed my order. My order was placed after hours when there was a sale, order confirmed (2 x $15.50). I was instructed to pay (2x $26) at my scheduled evening pick up, that the sale was the night before. I questioned this, the manager explained the sale was the day before & the price was changed in the system before my order was packed, causing the price increase. I explained to the manager this was deceptive & I wouldn’t have bought this product if it weren’t for the sale. They understood my end & honored the advertised price when my order was placed— thank you, this was the right thing to do & how I would expect any business to make good. I’m only mentioning this experience because I see others have had the same/ similar pricing issues & I do believe in honesty & transparency.. Again, I’ve always had a super pleasant experience shopping at simply pure. The way this interaction was handled included. Even with the pricing issue, I had a pleasant experience. Great, personable & professional staff. Just check your receipts & take a screenshot when placing an online order
